1. How to get a quotation
In order to get exact responses in time, you are kindly requested to offer your exact enquiry details to us, such as product name, description, style, model, destination port and possible purchasing quantity...etc. Our Sales Department will contact you very soon upon receiving your specific inquiry.

2. How to get sample
In order to get a correct purchasing or other business purpose, we can consider to send a few free sample for your further evaluation. Usually we use your an effective shipping account of UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.

3. How to order from us
When get the quotation from our Sales Department, please send your order list to us by E-mail, we will calculate the weight and shipping cost, after that, our Sales Department will make a PI for you by e mail.

4. Payment term
We prefer the following terms:
(1) Wire Transfer (30% deposit, balance T/T upon receiving the copy of original B/L) because of lower cost and quick action.
(2) Irrevocable L/C at sight.
We don't accept any check or credit card.

5. About the shipment
It will depends on customer requirement, cost rate, and delivery time. Goods can be shipped by Express courier like UPS, DHL, FedEx , TNT, etc., Air freight, Ocean shipping. By Express courier, you can get a quickly service, it is door to door, and you can get a tracking number to check the package status online. We will select one best Express courier according to the place. You can get the goods in 3-4 work days.
By air freight, it is cheaper than Express courier, it is an air port to air port service, We usually ship the goods to you by air freight to your nearest airport, you need offer the paper to clearance customs and pick up goods by yourself, or arrange the forwarder agency service for you whom be appointed. You can get the goods in 7-10 work days. By ocean shipping, normally it is for a very big order, Operation like airfreight, delivery time in 15 days or more, but it is cheapest. We will send the waybill info to you by E mail after delivery.

6. About the quality and warranty
We have seasoned QC personnel troop, we have strict quality inspection system from material to finished products. We would like to replace unqualified products after get the return. The time will depends on different sort item.

7. About OEM
Welcome OEM order. You can place order by OEM style to produce your brand or your design products in China.
